I recently went to Marco Shoes to give a pair of shoes to my partner, knowing that I would certainly find a lot of choice there, luckily for me I met a Marco sales assistant, Giuliano, who was able to recommend a beautiful shoe from Santoni... more to the beauty of the shoe, Giuliano was able to explain the craftsmanship of the product to me in every detail, convincing me 100%. I immediately noticed this guy's preparation, so much so that I asked him for advice on wedding shoes, now trusting him... morals? I bought both, making both my partner (very appropriate gift) and me happy, since I'm getting married soon!!! I have nothing to say, 100% professionalism and friendliness! I also congratulate the owner Marco who I got to know once I finished my purchases at the checkout, an exceptional person! If you go, ask for them, they will certainly be able to satisfy you and accommodate you! Super satisfied!!! 🙏🙏🙏🙏

It is now clear that it is a guarantee, given that I have been a customer for years now. I have never been disappointed, neither by the numerous purchases made, nor by the welcome of the staff who are always kind, welcoming and cheerful. I have always left this shop happy and satisfied with my purchases (which is very important when it comes to spending money). The quality of the footwear and accessories is really high with a fair relationship with the price. Here I always find what I need, from casual shoes to elegant ones, shoes for every occasion and always updated with new trends. In short, since I met "Marco Shose" I can't consider other shoe stores.

Introduction: coming from afar and understanding the problem of "high" women's numbers (41) we called in advance to ask for the presence of the number for a specific brand of wedding shoes. Answer: YES. Result: almost complete absence (a single product among the numerous models present) of the number in question for the entire assortment. We would have preferred a more vague answer to then decide whether to get in the car or not. Thanks for the waste of time.

An EMBARRASSING experience: I see on the brand's website that they are resellers, I decide to go and try the shoes. After taking a look around I see that they only have one model of the two (seen online) that I liked, so I ask a sales assistant if she could help me. Not finding where he was, the saleswoman asks one of her colleagues for help. Noticing some shoe boxes out of place, the colleague (with red hair) begins to get irritated, saying to the other "we should cut off the hands, then they would be in order". I am STUNNED. Okay, since I didn't have the number, I asked the first sales assistant who served me if I could at least try another model of the brand (since I had never bought one before). The colleague (with red hair) while I turn to point to a model, approaches the sales assistant's ear and whispers something along the lines of "if you don't buy, don't try". I am STUNNED. But I carry on, so when I show the model to try on, the sales assistant is abruptly interrupted by another colleague who calls her from the center of the shop, shouting 3 times. The sales assistant tells me, wait for me to come back. In 15 minutes no one came back, what a coincidence.... So I find another lady and finally try two models that unfortunately didn't convince me. While I was thinking about looking at the shoes on the displays, I opened the image of the dress with which to match the shoes on my phone to imagine them combined, when another sales assistant came out from behind me and said: "they don't take photos here eh" to which (as black as the devil because such a poor/embarrassing/offensive and arrogant service has NEVER happened to me) I turn around and reply “but does it seem like a heck of an open camera to you? Does it look like he's taking photos? But you don't see that it's the image of the dress I'm trying to match with the shoes." (As if one needed to take photos there when hey, websites exist, welcome to 2022). Astonished, I abandon the shop. In 10 years of working in contact with the public I have always believed that education and respect were the basis of everything, Marco Shoes apparently teaches us that this is not the case.
